I have several questions and would like to speak to someone by phone.

Please send us a request by email with your name, your phone number, your timezone (EST, GMT-6 or whatever), and the desired times to call you if we are not available to respond to your call. Please be advised that our regular working hours are between 9 and 17, Mo-Fri GMT+6 timezone. While we are trying to accommodate everyone, we may have to schedule a mutually acceptable time frame for a conversation.

We DO NOT provide support over the phone, sorry. Support-related issues are best handled when an issue is documented, fully described and access details provided to support for review and action. Further, issues may take hours to investigate, find a solution and fix, therefore, a ticketing system is the most appropriate one for handling support issues.
