Theme cannot be changed on the front-end.

1. In multi-language versions of iAuto, iRealty and iLister a theme is specified for a language in its settings at:
Admib Panel -> Language management -> Manage Languages -> edit a language -> select "Theme"

If a theme of a language is set to "No theme", this means that the default theme from Site Layout -> Themes is used for this language.
If a theme is selected from a list, then it is used.

2. When you changed a theme in your Admin Panel at Site Layout -> Themes and this default theme is used for your default language, you need to close all windows or tabs of your browser and open it again in order to see the changed theme on the front-end at http://www.yoursite.com

OR you should add the theme name in the address bar of your browser as follows:

http://www.yoursite.com/?theme=theme_name
where "theme_name" is the name of your theme.

For example, you can type:

http://demo.worksforweb.com/iRealty/?theme=irealty_tabs_blue
and you will see a blue theme of iRealty.
